Benign, non-cancerous skin growths
Typically occur on arms, legs, back, and neck
Caused by minor skin injuries, insect bites, or ingrown hairs that trigger skin cell growth
Characteristics
Small, firm, round/oval bumps
0.5-1.5 cm in size
May be itchy or tender
Treatment
Usually none needed
Surgical removal if painful, itchy, or for cosmetic reasons
